At Laura Mercier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
